We all have our favourite go-to colours when it comes to suits. The ones that we feel most confident in and bring out the best in our unique features. You can never really go wrong with a navy suit, but as HRH Tunku Abdul Rahman Hassanal Jeffri ibni Sultan Ibrahim proves, grey is the best choice.

Spotted at a Mesyuarat Jumaah Majlis DiRaja Johor yang pertama bagi tahun 2020 (The First Meeting of the Royal Johor Council for the year 2020), the Johor Prince rocks grey suit and looks absolutely classy in the process. He teams a cutaway collar shirt with a knitted navy tie, alongside presidential fold white linen pocket square. He makes Christian Grey looks like an amateur.

Just like TPJ, every man should have a grey suit in their wardrobe, and if not, it’s one that’s incredibly easy to replicate. A knitted tie, for example, is a menswear must-have.

They’re the perfect accessory when it comes to transitioning from day to night, or the office to the bar. Just make sure you buy one with a slim silhouette to avoid looking like you’re stuck in the 80s. A cutaway collar white dress shirt is possibly the most versatile piece of clothing in any man’s wardrobe.
