This season also introduces Nama Lounge—a serene poolside perch where Japanese small plates meet signature cocktails, with the Aegean glistening in the distance.
Down by the sea at Nura, Amanzoe’s Mediterranean beach club, a new monthly dining series begins. The inaugural event on 9 August 2025 sees Michelin-starred chef Tom Aikens join forces with Amanzoe’s own in a culinary duet served directly on the sands of Korakia Beach.
For those who prefer their table under the stars, Amanzoe’s organic bostani garden plays host to new private evening feasts, with ingredients hand-picked and prepared on the spot. And for the ultimate romantic finale? An elegant dinner beside Nama’s central pool, illuminated by a constellation of floating candles.
