Paired with Perrier-Jouët Champagne and aged spirits from Martell, Royal Salute, and Chivas Regal’s Ultra-Prestige collection, this transformative experience enhances the enjoyment of culinary’s long history of wine and spirit pairings.

Culinary Experiences

Elevating the experience to new heights, guests will embark on this journey in a luxurious Mercedes-Benz EQS. The adventure begins on board with a first-class departure where Perrier-Jouët Grand Brut—rich, harmonious cuvée characterised by delicate floral aromas, with rounded notes of apple, pear, and pineapple—is served with a charcuterie platter featuring caviar, artisanal cheese and nuts. This exquisite chauffeured experience in the EQS sets the stage for an unforgettable culinary experience. The EQS is the first all-electric luxury sedan from Mercedes-Benz, designed to delight both drivers and passengers with its fusion of luxury, technology, design, functionality, and connectivity. The EQS 500 4MATIC embodies progress in its most exclusive form. Its coupé-like silhouette, muscular shoulder, and seamless design define the character of this innovative luxury saloon.

Sushi Ryu: A Journey through Japanese Tradition

At the first stop, guests enjoy a special cocktail session at a private bar, exclusively open for them, setting a delightful prelude to the dining experience. The journey then continues at Sushi Ryu, where the artistry of sushi-making meets the elegance of geisha costumes and tea ceremonies. The menu features Ryu Signature White Fish with Truffle Caviar & Truffle paired with Martell Cordon Bleu, renowned for its deep golden copper colour and vibrant aromas of orchard fruit, mocha, and spices. Its rounded, mellow taste with a long finish of fruit and spice notes perfectly complements the dish’s sophisticated flavours.

Guests also enjoy two appetisers—King Crab Muzuku and Hirame wrapped with Uni—paired withMartell Chanteloup XXO, and two Chef’s Selection sushi. TheMartell Chanteloup XXO, aged aminimum of 14 years, boasts a rich amber colour and luscious aromas of honey, vine, peach, apricot,fig, almonds, and walnuts. Its powerful, balanced, and elegant taste, with intense fruity aromas and along finish, enhances the delicate and freshtaste of the appetisers for a harmonious pairing.

Wagyu Kappo: A Celebration of Culinary Mastery

At Wagyu Kappo, where the raw energy of taiko drummers and haka performances set the stage for an unforgettable dining experience. Here, guests will enjoy Royal Salute 21-year-old whiskies—The Signature Blend’s rich and smoky aromas, The Blended Grain’s creamy vanilla and fruity notes, and The Malts Blend’s honeyed sweetness and kick of tanginess—paired respectively with a menu of Beef Consommé Soup, Truffle Foie Gras Risotto, and Yaeyame Kyori Wagyu.

 

Park Grill: A Glimpse into the Gatsby Era

Park Grill transports guests back in time to the Gatsby era, where jazz music fills the air and the nostalgia and opulence of the Roaring Twenties come alive. Against this backdrop of 1920s glamour, the centrepiece of this leg of the journey is the tasting of Chivas Regal’s ultra-prestige blended scotch whiskies paired with Park Grill’s culinary feasts.

The Chivas 18's multi-layered aroma with notes of dried fruits, buttery toffee, and dark chocolate is a velvety complement to the rich and robust Tomahawk steak. Meanwhile, the Chivas Ultis 20, a blend of five precious single malts aged for at least 20 years, presents a rich and complex nose of citrus, spice, and malt, with a refined, smooth palate that pairs exquisitely with the delicate flavours of the Spanish Octopus and the sweetness of the Pain Perdu.
