Its rounded, mellow taste with a long finish of fruit and spice notes perfectly complements the dish’s sophisticated flavours.
Guests also enjoy two appetisers—King Crab Muzuku and Hirame wrapped with Uni—paired withMartell Chanteloup XXO, and two Chef’s Selection sushi. TheMartell Chanteloup XXO, aged aminimum of 14 years, boasts a rich amber colour and luscious aromas of honey, vine, peach, apricot,fig, almonds, and walnuts. Its powerful, balanced, and elegant taste, with intense fruity aromas and along finish, enhances the delicate and freshtaste of the appetisers for a harmonious pairing.
