Letter from Azmi,

Selamat Hari Raya GC,

Thank you on your mission to continuously educate men on well-being.

I really love your advice on Ask the Gentleman, especially on relationship issues. It is fact based and there is nothing wrong in sharing facts shared by men for other men's awareness. You should reconsider accepting and publishing more of this feedback because it very much aligns with the current problems men face in managing a marriage.

I hope you would reconsider your decision.

Thanks GC for helping the men community.

Answer by The Gentleman:

Hi Azmil,

Firstly, thank you for your heartfelt message. Your support means a lot to us at GC, and we are deeply encouraged to know that our efforts to advocate for men’s wellness and emotional clarity are resonating with readers like you.

That said, we also want to address your thoughtful suggestion about expanding our section on marriage and divorce. The heart wants to say yes—because we understand the depth of pain many men endure silently. But the mind, guided by wisdom, says we must proceed with caution. Why?

Because GC was built not to divide—but to elevate.

We believe in protecting the sanctity of both manhood and womanhood. While some relationships become irreparably toxic, and walking away becomes the only path of honor, our platform chooses not to become a battlefield of blame. We aim to be a sanctuary for refinement and growth. Publishing pieces that paint either gender with broad strokes may gain traction, but it chips away at the higher standard we hold ourselves to.

We will continue covering relationship issues, but through a lens of elegance, clarity, and growth. We want to elevate the gentleman—so that he may rise above chaos, never beneath it. And we want to honor women—especially those who stand by men, support growth, and build legacies together.

So again, thank you, brother. For your bravery, your feedback, and your strength in walking away with your principles intact.

This Raya, may peace be with you. We stand with you—and with every man seeking honor, healing, and hope.

With appreciation,
The Gentleman
